Would like the Stellaris launcher to have more option for mod managing. Every time new big patch comes, or when I want to play iron man/achievements, I have to manually click lots of mods I have subscribed. I would be happy enough with an disable all mods button, although having the option to choose between different lists of mods you made before would make the experience even more enjoyable.
