EMS overtaking

In the various streams I saw of the new Mass Transit DLC the emergency services over took cims vehicles but this doesn't seem to be happening in my game and I do not have any traffic mods aside from Traffic Manager President Edition.

Any ideas why?

then it must that mod as it does work in the base game.

Why isn't this traffic mechanic working? I only have this massive traffic overhaul mod that changes the way traffic works in uncountable ways.

I repeat, it is working. If it doesn't in your game then its a mod.
