Short summary of your issue Unable to take over Safehouse, which is then taken over as second safehouse by another gang while I'm inside

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I attacked a safehouse belonging to Mabel Reilly and the Alley Kats. Although my crew incurred some damage we were successful, but when I clicked to take over the racket all the options were greyed out so that I couldn't select them (see screen print). Consequently I chose to ransack the building. When we exited the building we were ambushed by extremely powerful guards from the Saltis gang who were able to kill off 3 of my crew before I could take any defensive action. After this combat, when I went into map view, I could see that the safehouse that I had attacked was now a Saltis safehouse, despite the fact that there was already a Saltis safehouse in the same district (see second screen print).
Then, having recruited some more gangsters, and having quit the game and reloaded the save, I attacked the same safehouse again. Although it was still showing as a Saltis safehouse, a message came up asking if I was sure I wanted to attack an Alley Kats safehouse, but when I was inside even though it said it was an Alley Kat Safehouse (in the bottom right) it was manned by Saltis guards. Once I'd again defeated these guards, I was able to take over the racket. Having done so, a message came up from Saltis because he wasn't happy we'd taken over his safehouse, and declaring war (although I was at war with Saltis when I quit the game when I reloaded the save we were no longer at war).
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
No idea really. I've attached the player log from when I quit the game after the first attack in case it helps. The only thing I can add is that , prior to the attack, I was at war with both Alley Kats and Saltis gang and I think I had agreed to a sit down with them both.
