Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After taking different missions (The great railroad strike with Goldie and after sparing the The Golden Tong thug in Part Time Hero with Mock) When I try to go to the areas needed to complete the missions it get stuck on a permeant loading screen

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Try to go to Little Italy with Goldie after taking the mission The great Railroad Strike from the quest giver to get the weapon catch
Try to head back outside to Chinatown after taking over the building from the thugs and sparing the thugs life.

How much "pain" is this causing you?

Getting stuck on a never ending loading screen
