Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Trying to load the "sure shot rounds" ammo in a sniper rifle it's not possible if you have equipped the regular bullets: they don't appear in the bullets list. You have first to load another kind of bullets and then the "sure shot rounds" become available too if you have them in storage on equipped on another gangster.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load the savegame, unequip the "sure shot rounds" from a character and set back the basic ammo. Then try to equip the "sure shot rounds" and you see that they don't appear on the list. You have to equip another better quality ammo and then you'll see that are available. The problem seem to happen only with sniper rifles, other guns are fine.
