Quests Stuck in v. 1.05.0.43225. I'm unable to talk to Tommy Biscuits to complete the "Meant to Be" quest. I can move to the safe house I've assigned him to and he appears along with his quest icon. However, he's not in the safe house and clicking on his icon shows "Talk" and "Select" greyed out.

I can talk to Maria, but she is still asking to find Bruno Baldini as part of the "Kicking the Habit" quest, though the quest is listed as completed.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I think that I tried to start Tommy's quest after I assigned him to the safe house, but I can't be sure. I've put in 40+ hours, so the timeline is a little blurry!

Hey @girllikethat20, sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulty! Thanks for sending the attached files, they're really helpful. I noticed there are quite a lot of save files within the folder you sent. Is there any way you could point me toward the exact save files relating to these issues, please? Or could you send those particular files separately again? It would help us to narrow down exactly what we're looking for in relation to your issue. Thanks!

Hello! I've provided what I hope is a more helpful amount of files I wish I knew how to narrow down exactly what you need, so I could get you the exact files. I do know that the issue was happening with my most recent Capone saves, so I grabbed the two most recent ones. I also grabbed a couple other files that I thought looked useful, but apologies if that's just more fluff.
