Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I didn't realize that there was a person I was supposed to talk to after beating the thugs in Sai Mock's personal quest; Part Time Hero. After leaving the building, I couldn't tell my character to return inside the building to talk to him. This effectively soft-locked the quest. Had to load the previous save to complete.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
After failing the intimidation check with the thugs outside, beat the thugs in the building. Afterward, zoom out and order characters onto the street. the option to attack or enter the building is gone.

How much "pain" is this causing you?

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I remember a similar quest that moved the NPC outside of the building if you don't take it over. Perhaps that would prevent this glitch.
