Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After i have completed the quest for maria Rodriguez it still has the marker over her head that says talk to her. I go to talk to her and i cant in its place is review not talk. It really takes me out of the immersion when im running around the city with this marker on her head.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just complete the quest and you will see it.

How much "pain" is this causing you?

Same problem here, unfortunately. I've added a savegame if needed.

I fixed it by restarting and not hiring her

I have same problem expect I cant finish the quest. After my 1st conversation with Maria everything is fine, then it wants me to talk to her again. When I do this it removes her enemies friends and lovers, all game long I get this talk option when chatting with her. It will not continue the quest for me.

she's hallucinating that Carlos is near her on my game, but I cannot see him somewhere on the city street
