Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Donovan has no safe house. I think it was a spoil of war when I joined another faction against him earlier in the game. I have killed all the other bosses. He has no rackets. I can see that on the war screen and when I scroll through all the neighborhoods. I tried a truce so I could find him. I am unable to enter the SitDown. I click on the begin sitdown but nothing happens. Tried reloading the game. Same problem. Sold the building thinking that may somehow reset it but it didn't. Just stuck.
