1) Jacques Attack Mission Playing
2) [Bring the fight to the CMA] condition Complete.
( Attack Building and Capture or Attack Building and Search)
3) Showed [Return Nellie]
4) but, Nellie didn't showed. (Marker, also)

* Attack and Building and Search -> Marker's pointed that building (but, can't enter)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Hello,
I am also blocked on this quest at last step.
As I play in French, dont know the exact translation for the steps of the quest, will do my best to translate :

Steps done :
1-Go see Nellie
2-Bring fight to CMA
3-Strengthen security of one of my building's name
4-Prepare against the attack against another of my building's name

Step bloking ;
Go back to Nellie.

Issue :
No marker on where is Nellie.
I only have the little quest marker on 2 zones when zooming out at max : Little Italy and Chinatown, saying the quest is active there.
I searched around this 2 zones, didnt find Nellie.


Windows 10, Version 1.02.38741, playing on Steam, no addons.
Verified the games files on steam.
(For information and whose who dont know yet, the version appears on the launcher after clicking play on steam,)

Also having this issue, and I think I can provide a few additional details.

After the "Bring the Fight to the CMA" objective was completed, the marker to return to Nellie appeared on the building she had just asked me to attack. In my case, I had chosen to ransack it, so it was closed for a period of time. When it reopened, I attacked it again, and lo and behold, Nellie was inside near the door, ducking down like a typical citizen during a firefight. As far as I know, there was no way to talk to her during combat.

After combat, I bought the building and turned it into a safehouse, since I needed one in that neighborhood anyway. Unfortunately, the marker has now completely disappeared, and Nellie is nowhere to be found inside. It seems like this quest chain is permanently stuck in my game.

I also noticed the other three quest conditions, which tasked me with upgrading security at three rackets, were also ticked off after I initially attacked the building, even though the upgrades were still pending. I assumed that this happened because of the quest's "either or" approach to finishing it. In other words, Nellie acts as if taking the fight to the CMA is an alternative to upgrading security at your rackets, but the quest still gives you ticks for both options, which I chose to pursue.

I have completed two missions and it's not registering I have completed them, Iove this game but so many bugs I wanna cry. Talk to rose mission not registering I have completed it

I restarted the game and now i am stuck on a loading screen trying to enter a building to retrieve some guns. So many bugs the game is amazing but there are just too many bugs I have a Nintendo switch

Whats your idea? Where is nellie? No marker on where is Nellie. Why I try everything I try a last save but not good.
