Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I've met several bugs in my first play. First: in some reason all characters are freezing in place, so I can't restart or save a game. In this case I must use ALT+F4. Second: in some case 95% of upgrades in my buildings are set to 0. Third: a lo of thugs died before they have met a sledgehammer.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Nope. It happens when: I want attack the building, characters get close to enter and then stuck for a while or freeze foreve with entire world. After several minutes after entering or exiting the building (my or enemies). It happens periodically after 0,5-1,5 hours of gameplay.

How much "pain" is this causing you?
