Short summary of your issue Game version: 1.07, and I have a problem in "offer tribute". I offered lots of money to certain gang which have enemy(-500) relationship with me, I thought if I offer tribute, the relationship between me and the gang will get better! But it didn't. Relationship after offer tribute to that gang is same as before, it still -500.

There is a picture which is after offer tribute to Vice Kings. He got that lots of money but it's still -500.

Hey @Empireofsingod, sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulty. How much money did you offer as tribute? Some elements that contribute to negative faction rating have a time decay attached to them as far as I know, so this could be a factor.

I tributed 100,000 dollars and I think even I tribute money(it doesn't matter how I offered), it doesn't change anything.

Okay, can you check the tooltip for your faction rating and see what the number is there? There's a chance you may have maxed out the negative rating to -1000, in which case a cash tribute won't make much of a difference. There is a point where the AI can't hate you any more than they already do and it will take time to help them forget that rating. Let me know how this goes. I'd be happy to investigate this further with you if needs be.
