I'm playing Riley and killed an enemy boss, the action triggers a popup that freezes the game (popup with target), cant play anymore

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

I've logged this one with the team too, @teoretyczna. They are looking into it for you. Does this happen with every enemy boss you kill? Let me know, I'm happy to look into this further for you.

I don't remember which boss it was, I deleted this save but I tried to load it a few times after the fight and every time a popup was triggered, I think it was about a gang being displeased with my actions or something, it was after all the fraction eliminated popups. The game froze in zoom in and out, within a minute of two after the kill
