i get even get on the main menu to tell you

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Sign into game, crashes on new game, load settings, start up splash scrren rendering game non playable. second to that your customer support portal hyper link doesnt work for this game.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
i log in to the game.

yea just attempt to log in. to actually play a game.

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

And DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
