Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After completing Genna's story missions, I did not receive the unique weapon "Sicilian Kiss".

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I opted to send Gabriel to Italy. Later, when I opened my first new safehouse, I receive a letter from Gabriel. This effectively completes the story missions but I did not receive the unique weapon.

How much "pain" is this causing you?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to recall further specific details.
This is not a major issue for me. I'm just highlighting this so you may be aware of this occurence and attempt to fix it. Other players mey not be too pleased about missing out on collecting unique weapons.
