Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I received the quest to rob the safe at a casino in order to pay off the BOP. The objective stated "Find a way to get into the safe at" and the name of some casino that I forgot. However somehow it changed on me to "Find a way to get into the safe at Available Racket Building" instead and now I can't proceed.

Listing this as a 10 because as I understand it this is a story mission and I can't really continue the game with it busted. Will need to start a new game.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I think this might have happened when I was wandering around the map and saw an Available Racket Building which I thought I might be able to buy. Not sure.

How much "pain" is this causing you?
