This happened to me as well, and it's quite game breaking, as you can only produce a small amount of booze from safe houses, and even breweries that you capture are closed by the quest bug.

It gets worse. Not long after getting this bug, none of the other quests I had would advance, including quests where I would get the complete message and rewards, but my log and map indicator would still be there. Then, the saved games from that point on quit working.

Same thing for me. My booze consumption is way beyond what is normal (1577) and I noticed that my income is set to zero every time I get paid. My cash flow is positive 4k.

Same thing is happening to me. I started over and when I got to this quest it bugged out in the new game too.

same thing happened to me. and no more quests work from anyone now

Does anyone know if this is just specific to Goldie Garneau? If I started over (AGAIN) with another character would I eventually get to the same bug?

Yup, same issue here playing with Alphonse Capone, once you finish the "One for Me and Brew for You", your breweries stay closed with no way to open them. Had to stop playing the game as this is game breaking.

Got the same. I can get new Breweries, that will open, but i can't reopen the old ones nor can i continue the Questline.

Same problem as everyone else. A "fix" is to sell for 0 (sigh) your closed breweries, and to buy back them. But you have to upgrade everything again...
