Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am Playing the Genna Crime Family so far Bugs iv come a cross .

bug 1 not being able to promote gangsters to under boss or advisiors . easy fix save the same and reload and the options should now show up under roles tab instead of nothing being there

bug 2 the black book just stopped working you just can't click on any of the gangsters nothing happens . this fixed it self for me after a few combat missions

bug 3 Al capone stopped showing up in diplomacy tab all togather even tho he is still alive and his rackets are running . no fix for this one . maybe the devs could look into bug 3 here

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I don't know to how reproduce this just play the game long enough i really don't know
