Empire of Kitara

The empire of Kitara is a mythological?) kingdom located in th great lakes region. If it did exist it supposedly fell in the 16th century. EUIV chooses not to represent it in the game but I think Kitara would be fitting as a great lakes union state.

Although it might not have existed for real, several of the great lake kingdoms claimed descendence from Kitara and it's dynasties. It would be logical that a powerful great lakes ruler would proclaim himself new King/Emperor of Kitara.
