OK, due to popular demand, here are historical maps of Europe and Asia in 1792:

Note: The blank spaces in Russian Siberia are due to the efforts of a Turkish raiding party. Also note that my latest save game was 1789, such that the Russo-Turkish/Swedish War was still undecided when the game ended (unlike the AAR). Final VP standings:

That is a big looking Ottoman Empire. I don't think I have ever seen them expand/diploannex quite so much in any game I have played.

That is a huge Ottoman Empire, you need to reboot that save game and fight a suicide war to destroy them...

Actually, that would be very interesting. You should edit the save to make it 10 or so years earlier and then go at the Ottomans! It'd be a kind of more-modern day Crusade... Deus Vult!

Well, I'm already allied to France, Russia's at war and Spain was in their alliance if I remember correctly. The problem would be that my BB is quite high so Russia and Spain would DOW me as soon as I attacked the Ottomans (so would everyone else, but Russia, Spain, France, and Austria are the only Europeans that matter). Another problem would be that I could only take 3 provinces no matter how badly I beat them. If however, I could drop the Ottomans as a major, form a grand Christian alliance with Russia, France, and Spain, give myself a few more years do finish the job, I'd say I could take 'em!
