I'm playing a game as the USA (started as england, founded thirteen colonies, then played as thirteen colonies and later as USA.
Now I have noticed that embarging the UK (wich has formed) has no effect on how much trade power it has in chesapeake (spelling?) bay. It has arround 900 tradepower, and it is getting 525 from 'traders upstream' If I embargo them, they get a -87% tradepower, wich gives them a -15% trade power modifier.
before the embargo the trade power of UK is correct ( traders upstream * modifier ~ 900 trade power, give or take because it also had the absent merchant and other, but none of any importance compared to the 500+ of traders upstream)
Anyone else noticed this? Or something else going on here?
