Elspirister quest failed because of random mobs.

I've finished first part of quest.
Then I was asked to free witch from hut guarded by ogre. Problem is he was killed by npc mage and quest failed.

He continued to cast terraform spells on me for hundred of turns until ive met amberion probably. Couldnt finish quest, got pretty discouraged and annoyed by this mechanics.

I've had the same problem in my first exile mode game, the ogre spawned right by an enemy capital, so I was unable to stop the terraforming and didn't get the dragon spell.

Wow, that sucks... at the least, since an enemy AI killed the ogre, they should get the rainbow dragon spell and cast it since they are also a victim of the terraforming.

Trading and casting the spell not resolve the issue
