I started getting Guards divisions, when I hover over the division, it says "Elite Infantry Guard Infantry'41" however the "level" indicator says 38, and the combat values are the same as my 39 infantry - except the morale values are quite high.
I've also seen "Elite Infantry Guard Infantry'43" and the level indicator says 40 and the combat values are the same as my 41 infantry. (except the morale again).
This does not seem correct to me. A new Guard division should have a full complement of current equipment, not be a full generation behind what I'm building.
