1. From demo, if i play as a king, every duke on my de jure area can vote for who is going to be king. Same when i'm duke, every count on my dejure are can vote for who is going to be duke. Playing as count now, every mayor and bishop from 6 counties can vote for who is going to be new count? Not just bishop and mayor from that particular county?

2. It's impossible to get someone vote for your children, even with 100 relation they still don't want to vote for your children, i give them gold, minimal levy and tax for city, minimal levy and no tax for bishop, they still don't want to vote to my children.

3. In demo when i change who i nominate in elective law, he/she going to be who is i going to play next after i died, as long as he/she in my dynasty. But now whatever happen i can only play as my son/daughter. WAD?

For 3) what is happening for me is that, when trying to get my brother to be the next king, I would become my brother if he was winning the election, but if he was losing the election then I would become my first son.

I think they vote the person they like. And you can only increase your relation to someone, there is no way to influence the relation between two other persons.
If you have elective it's best to give your dynsaty members voting titles, so whatever they vote it will most likely be a dynasty member.

I personally found this to be even more nagging as the Duke of Savoi.

In 1066 there are quite a few counts who are in my de jure Duchy, but who do not recognize me as their liege. Yet once I implement Elective Law, they stil get to vote for who is going to be my heir? WTF?

It should be de jure, de facto vassal can be lot. The game expect you to already have at least 50% of the province/country if you have the title, so you can defend your title on elective vote.

Now it's defacto vassal who vote for leader, at least in count title. For example as a count with 6 province (2barony each), that's 13 voter! While i have only 1 vote, i can't persuade them to vote my heir even when i have 100 relation.

@NathanH
Thanks!

But you don't. You only get one vote, regardless of the number of counties you hold yourself. Plus, as the Duke of Savoi, you start out with 2 of the 6 counties in the Duchy.

The number of votes is probably a bug as well, because I DO get a 'number of electoral votes held' modifier to relations, but I have a feeling those come from my Duchies, not from my counties...

You get free CB for Ducal Claim, what are you waiting for? Claim them if they are still outside of your control! :p

If you don't want handle the voting part, simply hold all of the 6 counties title, banish all lord, now it's only 1 vote that count, your vote :D

Of course it should be de iure, not de facto. If you are both the HRE and King of France, and Bohemia (an elector) is indendent why should the Duke of Normandy elect the next HRE and not the Elector King of Bohemia???

So I'm confused, what is it currently for Empires? I cant seem to be able to vote as the county of Hainut in the elections of the HRE, I am de facto part of france.

Can you game the system a bit by giving your chosen heir a bunch of elector titles? Electors get mad if you hold too many elector titles yourself, but what if you're not holding them yourself? If you get a vote and your heir gets a vote, presumably he'll vote for himself, so you'd just need to manage titles such that there's only one other elector and he can't lose.

King and Ducal title you can, and it's work like what you said. But for count title it's buggy now, all mayor, bishop and barony in all county title that you have participating in the voting process.

So you think a independent King of Bohemia should get to vote for the next HRE? Why? Just because he was an elector in our time line, does not mean he should keep that honor when he leaves the empire.

For me, de jure feels wrong for an election. If i loose one of my de jure provinces, why should the new ruler of this province be allowed to elect anything in my realm. Thats just not true. So i don´t know how it is realized ingame, but for me, de facto is the only correct way.

I think it has to be that way, as otherwise you'd have a problem with newly elected counts going independent. You're talking about holding 6 counties as a count, right? If each county voted seperately, the runner up could easily win local majorities in 2 of your counties and cost you a third of your realm even though the whole point of elective is to keep the realm together.
