Hello there everyone,

First let me introduce myself, I am Percy, the one deemed responsible for the History for Elder Kings and making new bookmarks. While lately I have had the good fortune of having been helped by a good soul, who put in a lot of time and effort into preparing Akavir for the Reachman Bookmark, there is still a lot of work to do.

So what is this thread about? Well, its about Lore for The Elder Scrolls in regards to Bookmarks really. For the most part I am just one person, my time is severely limited, and those who do offer to help do not have the time either to search through quite a vast library of Lore, when writing history for Elder Kings. So I am asking here for help from the community, and those who follow Elder Kings and enjoy playing it to help out how they can.

When Interregnum was re-made, people did complain that the history and characters were minimalistic. So here are 3 ways, you guys can change that for past and future bookmarks:

1. If you know of a historical figure in TES universe who was a ruler in the period either immediately before the start of the Interregnum Bookmark, or in-between, or at the start of the Reachmen Invasion of High Rock Bookmark, than do please post him here with the following:
- Link to the UESP, Imperial Library or Elder Scrolls Wikia page that confirms it.
- Period where he fits in, as in Bookmark, date of birth if known, date of death if known, date of assuming leadership if known.

2. If you know of a county or a barony in the Elder Kings mod, that appears in the lore of TES with a unique building, feature or lore details that are interesting and should appear in-game as a Lore Building, than do please post a link here with the following:
- Link to the UESP, Imperial Library or Elder Scrolls Wikia page that confirms it.

3. If you think a area of the map during the Interregnum Bookmark feels bare due to lack of extra non-landed flavor characters to the current landed dynasties, than please submit flavor characters to populate the dynasties of that area using the following:
Code:
name = "Character Name"
dynasty = Character Dynasty
culture = Character Culture
religion = Character Religion
father = Father's Name (if he exists) # way to identify him, ex: in-game id or province?
mother = Mother's Name (if he exists) # way to identify her, ex: in-game id or province?
Year.Month.Day = { birth = yes } # keep the { birth = yes }, just replace Year.Month.Day with the relevant numbers
Year.Month.Day = { death = yes } # keep the { death= yes } for natural death cause, just replace Year.Month.Day with the relevant numbers

Current Bookmarks:
- 3370 = 2E 450 - Interregnum - 1st Bookmark (Finished)
- 3461 = 2E 541 - Reachmen Invasion of High Rock - 2nd Bookmark (WIP)

Note: Do not link to any other source (reddit, forums etc).

The Wikia is notorious for its inaccuracies, while UESP is a lot more reliable.

Are we allowed to post links to the Imperial Library since that seems to be the go-to source for a lot of people?

Since the Imperial Library is almost a wiki in itself, due to the fact that it is great source of TES lore, I think yes. Unless link from the Imperial Library are against Paradox Forums Rules, then aye, those work as well. Editing the main post now.

I'm not sure the EK team are willing to accept ESO lore as canon.

ESO Lore is only accepted when we run out of all other options.
