I would suggest that Orcs not be allowed to build tribal holdings (holding them is fine). In my games every county owned by Orcs is full of castles. The ruler builds a cheap tribal holding, upgrades it to a castle and then builds a new tribal holding. I had to restart my Orc game recently because I wanted to build a temple in the one holy site owned by Orcs, but my vassal had filled the province before I could scheme it away from him.

I doubt going straight to removing Orc tribes would improve the game much. The solution probably lies in the requirements for an AI character (or all characters) to build a tribe/upgrade it. Orcs not being allowed to settle new areas within their domain and expanding them into proper holdings is anti-orcish.

I was wondering how the mod was doing and stopped in, this is great! Orcs are my favorite race in the game and seeing all this flavor added to them is wonderful. Super pumped to play them and can't wait for more.

something I'm unsure of, when you finish founding orsinium will it be the one orc city allowed or is it just the title of your lands you get?
