do you know how many dairys there will be?

Many! Milk, cheese, yogurt and other delicious foodstuffs will be widely available for all! :p

Serious answer: no idea, but I presume I'll keep writing them until such a point as the mod is ready for a release.

There should be a CB "Dispose known vampire ruler". It should be funny to infect other rulers and then dispose them, if you are still unknown :D

Can lycanthropes lock themselfs in some sort of room of a castle?
maybe have the decision to create a room inwhich you lock yourself or even son or wife, when the full moon comes?

and what of the RING OF HIRCINE !!! it stops all random transformations and allows the wearer to control it.

1. That's what prison is for. Imprisoned lycanthropes and vampires (even under house arrest) cannot go on their supernatural warpaths.

2. The Ring of Hircine automatically grants you control over your transformations, but unlike "training" your beast form, does not give you permanent control over transformations. That is, if you haven't learned to control your beast form and lose the ring, you won't have control over your beast form anymore. Training on the other hand is impossible to lose progress on. Once you know how to control your lycanthropy, you can always control it, even if you get cured and become a lycanthrope again at a later time.

oh, so the ring is in the game? or will be put in the game? and im guessing the transformations will be randomly based events? or is there some type of full moon cycle?

and what if I am a vampire and say im a king or independent ruler, will i have a choice to imprison myself?

Game Looks great though.

Hircine's ring is in the mod. Transformations randomly occur. But lycanthropes who are in control over their primal urges (but not their transformations) can avoid hunting even if/when they transform.

You cannot imprison yourself. Even if you could, there is no need to do so. Vampires work differently from werewolves. You aren't randomly compelled to hunt and you can avoid feeding indefinitely, but if you aren't a pureblood vampire you can eventually go crazy or become comatose. That will only happen if you're a Stage 4 vampire, however.

Will the Telvanni accept vampires?

I wish there was an effective way to manage how moral (or amoral) pragmatists like the Telvanni are willing to be buddy-buddy with even evil vampires but due to the way that the game deals with opinion modifiers and the like, I don't know of any good way to do that .

Well, no idea if it'll work or not, but if you can't make the Known Vampire selective, can a new trait for Telvanni, sympathy for vampirism or whatever that can give a +80 or +100 to offset the penalty.

Though that can lead to some gamey situations if you have Molag Bal worshipping Telvanni

Both vampires and lycanthropes are tolerated by certain religions, and belonging to that religion offers a same-faith opinion boost with other characters. For example, vampires of all types face no scrutiny from members of pro-undead religions such as Cult of Molag Bal, Worm Cult and Ideal Masters. If a vampire attacks a ruler’s court (or even the ruler) they will still draw that character’s ire. But if they continue to not harm anyone, no one of the same religion will be alarmed by their presence.

Would Khajiit not care about lycanthropy since they worship the moons?

They worship Hircine and have some werelions, but I don't think there are much lore stating their opinion on lycantrophy.
