Europa Universalis 4, Win7 x64, all dlc excludes El Dorado, save in steam cloud. Game timer shows 1 sept. 1580, when i press button play, game is closing w/o any errors or smth.

To help streamline discussion, Paradox has split the forum into various sub-forums that focus on the various individual games within the Paradox family.
To that end, it is wise to specify which game you are discussing.
Within each of those sub-forums is the "help" or tech support for that particular game. To fully access these pages, please register your game!!!
The thread I pointed out earlier can help explain how to do this.
Once you've registered your game, you can go to the forum associated to your particular game, and ask for more help within that community.
