Mods no longer work at all. Steam will not download *any* of my subscribed mods. None at all.

I have been reading online and there are no certain fixes, just cumbersome solutions which don't actually work.

I got this game on the premise that there would be mods, and there no longer are for me. Stunning to me that a studio could screw it up that badly, and then release the game like that, but whatever.

This needs an IMMEDIATE fix.

since this community and the devs actually care about issues (unlike at AE), why not post your logs, so they can look into your issue.
Noone expects you to be an expert, but they will require some data from your side:
To begin with
I assume you're playing on windows (would help to post your pc specs)
in the Steam game install folder under Cities_Data/output_log.txt you can post those logs on

This is quite a serious, gamebreaking issue.

Forget the refund bit, tired and angry, + I bought my steam key off a 3rd party seller (before anyone asks, no that is not the cause of the issue. It's still a steam key.) so refunding would be impossible anyway.

To give some more information, this happened after the game became (quite randomly) unstable. It all of a sudden began crashing on loading and freezing during gameplay. I did a clean install, but kept all my mods subscribed. Once it was reinstalled, I ran it and found all my mods listed in my steam workshop page of the mod manager, but no mods or assets listed in the actual assets/mods pages. New mods will also not download once subscribed.

Hopefully this gets looked at and fixed.
