Egypt and Muhammad Ali?

Ideally Muhammad Ali should be in near the end of the game if it ends in 1821 like in EUIII. However in EUIII an Egypt under him dosn't exist, therefore I was wondering if anyone knows whether Egypt is in near the end of the game? I was also wondering if the Mamluks are now known as Egypt? I know it is unlikely anyone would know but it would be great if he was.

No; Egypt is known as the Mamluks.

That isn't good as it would be more appropriate if it were to include Muhammad Ali that it was called egypt or that there was another faction called Egypt.
