Egalitarian Xenophobe

So, it's no longer possible to have xeno slaves as egalitarian?
Is it intended?

No, there's a bit in policies.txt that is in error, forbidding egalitarians from enabling any form of slavery even if they are xenophobes. Paradox has a fixed file, but it's not in the 1.5.1 beta branch so I don't know when it will get out to us.
