I find it extremely funny that Roman Catholics can consider Russia as their friend when looking at the fact that they have taken out and converted catholic Poland. Somehow i think the Poles might have a different opinion about Russia.
Yet i have not seen any resistance from the infidel alliance about that matter.

So, fearing these actions from the English, the people of Portugal demanded that Spain protected them, and what better way to protect them than letting them become part of our nation, which was achieved diplomatically.
As for the current war against the Ottomans, Spain merely honored the call to arms of its Habsburg brother, and did not engage in land battles against the enemy.

Attacking the Ottoman Fleet, and attempting to gain naval superiority over Ottoman Empire was bad enough, and also, whats with the small force sent to pillage and ravage the North-African border province? The evidence now clear for the British to see is that neither Russia nor Denmark wish to negotiate peaceterms. In addition the Danish insinuation that the war may be widened and refusal to even consider closer relations with Britain post-war has led the Imperial Affairs Council to adopt a 0 tolerance policy with Denmark (as done by them). Therefore, our peace demands will not be mitigated by our general like for the danish people or our former relations.
