Any one of these has rather revolutionized the respective department it is in. I'd like to know in what way the game would reflect them. :)

The raildroad should most definately allow for a much faster deployment of troops. This process of developing a railroad network should be apart of a infrastructure process, something like in EU2. A good example of this would be the Austro-Prussia war in 1866, it only took the Prussian forces 5 days to muster at the Bohemian frontier while it took the Austrians 45 days. In the war of 1870 between Prussia and France it only took 3 days for soldiers to travel from East Prussia, now-a-days Poland to Lorraine.
