Is there a list anywhere that shows all of the penalties an uncivilized country will have?

I have seen things strewn about the wiki, FAQs and manual but no one spot where it is all put together.

I know of 2

Uncivilized can only build irregular infantry
Some sort of research penalty

What are the rest?

What are the rest?

In Revolutions uncivs can build native divisions which are better. The research penalty is -90% on RP gain.

Also income is reduced greatly (like 50% or even more?). Workhour efficency also get a hit (10-20%?). Every time when you civilize it is easy to notice surge in plus for income and workhour efficency.

I'm quite sure that the rule about soldiers applied before Ricky

Quality
As an unciv, the only available quality is native (very bad reliability), civilized nations can choose between native (very bad reliability), colonial (low reliability) and regular (normal reliability).

Type
Any nation can build infantry, cavalry or dragoons, if they have the technology of Flintlock Guns (or something synonymous ). All uncivilized countries can also build irregulars. (Only irregulars if they lack the technology to build the others)

Unciv can build irregulars (civs can't).
Unciv can only build native-quality units.

As Ahura Mazda posted, the ability to build unit types other than irregulars is just a matter of having the right tech.

China starts with some infantry units, and maybe they've got Flintlock rifles

Colonials have more reliability then natives, but less then regulars

In Revolutions I believe they start with Flintlocks; in vanilla Victoria I don't think they did though. In any case, it has nothing to do with civilized status, just tech.
