I'm playing EEP 1.1. Great work, but one significant thing must be changed in next EEP version.
1533: Vassiliy III dies and Ivan IV rules the our nation.
Historically in 1533 Ivan IV was ~12 years old and he wasn't pure master of Russia.
I suggest add between Vassiliy III and Ivan IV 'Regents" - aproxim. for 6-7 years with poor skills (f.e. 2-2-2)

Well, why would they have poor skills? Elena wasn't too bad of a ruler.

Well, may be Elena Glinskaya was not the worst. But I mean the whole crowd - Shuiskie, Belskie, Glinskie... They're are really bastards, so 2 stars are maximum for Regents.

I agree, but
In 1533 Ivan IV was 3 yers old :)

Regency or Boyars need for Russia in 1533 - 1547

Aftre 1547 to 1565 - Izbrannaia rada - Exellente ministers with wery good skills

Ivan IV was not so good as EEP and GC - I think them need ADM - DIP - MIL skills 3 - 2 - 5 only...

Didn't the whole childhood experience where the boyars effectively ruled the country and killed any friend he gained in the Court scar Ivan for life and drive him to the insanity that later manifested later in his lifetime? The boyar regency should have low stats, not to represent the lack of actual skill at governing, but the chaotic infighting that was going on at the time.
