Is there any chance that an EEP will be constructed for the later scenarios. Not only the 1419. Or at least the 1492 scenario.

Will that ever happen? I suppose it's possible, but I hope that there will always be people out there with good ideas for events.

Probably not, but adapting the EEP to later scenarios isn't a big job really. We need a list to update the event history to avoid a gazillion events at startup (;))... then there's the question if something more should be updated in the scenario...

We would probably need to go through the scenario & make sure any pre-scenario start date events have their effects in the scenario (say event X increases tax value in province Y, the scenario file reflects this). I would say that it would be realistic to do all this for 1492 (not too many changes/events), but it would be progressively more work for the later scenarios. Personally I would like to have the EEP be 1492-compatible; it is the starting date I most like!

Hear, hear (he says at the risk of being corraled into some nasty work)

I would also be keen on a 1492 EEP (and also don't feel up to the task of co-ordinating it myself). However I imagine it would save a lot of work if the event part of it were done now, while the 1419 start date one is still being worked on. If everyone includes, at the start of every scenario file they submit now, a comment about when each event would historically be triggered/cancelled or slept, that will make compiling the 1492 file much easier than if someone else has to look through all the files at a later date.
