i just installed the eep, but when i try to edit the GC with the scenario editor i cant and it says that the file had errors. but when i play, theres nothing wrong! how come?

I think it's because EEP is moddir (whatever that means). Ask the EEP guys, I think they can help.

Aha,
scenario file has some province modifications due to a bug with moddir. You can't really bypass that, unless you're willing to do one of the following:
a) put all province changes into province.csv
b) delete them from the scenario file.
