In Cities Skylines there needs to be variety of education buildings such as University, Private School, Elementary School, High School, Community College and various libraries. Also I'm against plopped skyscrapers they should just grow gradually.

We don't know what form ploppable skyscrapers are going to take yet. If it's just landmarks or specials like SC4 then I have no problem with it. Everyone needs to calm their tits. I agree that skyscrapers should grow out naturally too, but 1. I haven't heard anything contrary to that yet and 2. I haven't tried their system yet. I've never played a game with a mixed zoning and ploppable system for normal RCI yet. Who knows, maybe it works. Don't knee-jerk hate on the idea before you've tried it.

Skylines is as easy as drawing roads and attaching traditional industrial, residential or commercial blocks nearby (curved roads feature prominently, while zoning tools are gracefully implemented in either brush or drag-and-select format). From there, gameplay boils down to meeting the needs of your citizens and industries via the usual mix of taxation, education, transport, public services, sanitation, garbage, tourism, trade and pretty much every other element of city planning you can think of.

I would love that wealth would be decided (at least in parts) by the level of education. Like if you plant highschools only, your wealth would never go over X amount and therefore your city wouldn't evolve over.
So it would be great to actually build different education buildings. Not too many thought in order to avoid making it tedious. I'd see something like: Elementary School / High School / College / University. 4 is enough.

What's good with libraries, museum and such is that it creates building diversity, can even be landmarks (museum) and its usefull in gameplay since it could raise land value for one and also a permanent boost to education, regardless the level.
