I'm playing as the constitutional monarchy of bavaria, and just annexed the south german states. I do not, however, see bavaria in the save game. How can I edit its Bad boy?

look again! Look for a line : tag = BAY , in savefile. Move a few clicks downward and you should be able to see and edit badboy line
