Any mod that includes the old Great Mage Edition content, for example changes to the heroes or the dragon incarnate perk, becomes disabled because, it says, the associated DLC is missing. It seems that the game checks for the new DLC packs but doesn't check for the Great Mage Edition to enable the mods.
