I'd like to rename some of the provinces in my game. I can edit the names in the Excel file in the config folder, but this doesn't change the province names on the map. How can I do this?

Is there one that explains out the HOI 1? I'm in the process of trying to create a modernized world, but am having major difficulties on trying to set resources from the certain land, along with changing the name for the map (i.e. Persia to Iran) Also, how can I create a new country from the notepad with a saved game? (i.e. Isreal?)
