editing the Bitter Peace event

if i want to remove the vladivostok and magnitogorsk capture requirements from the bitter peace event, do i just delete those lines from the event file in the USSR event list? i think it's command 2426 or something.

anyway, if i remove those lines will it affect anything else? i'm really tired of having to wade through hundreds of militia units to get to magnitogorsk, and the japanese always get overrun by the russians anyway.

any help would be appreciated.

Just remove the entire NOT-block those two lines are in (the other four are in a separate block). There are actually two events, one with Japan in the Axis and one without.
