Editing SR destinations

As Germany I was occupying Vichy when the event fired. Later I was wondering where all of the Vichy troops were and I discovered that they were SR to Tahiti! I gave Tahiti to France by editing the save game loaded as Vichy again and the divs are still going there(most arriving in 1943). How can I fix this?

I gave Tahiti to France by editing the save game loaded as Vichy again and the divs are still going there(most arriving in 1943). How can I fix this?

1) Did you run any time after giving Tahiti to France? After a day they should redirect to either the Vichy Capital or to the Province they SR'd from.

2) If that doesn't work, try this...

• Open the save file
• Go to the Vichy section
• Search for "redep_unit_name =" (without the qoutes) - This should take you to the first Vichy unit in the SR pool
• Go to the line labeled "redep_target" (again without the quotes)
• Change this target to one controlled by Vichy
• You can also change the date to speed the process up.
