So, I've been looking into modifying some of the charts..

One thing I couldn't see how to do is change the cost of things (in particular, I want to make armies more expensive). Is this data in any table anywhere?

I realize I could make an event to raise everyone's inflation - But I really only want to change the cost of armies, not everything.

Another thing I wanted to fool with is changing manpower received. I suppose I could write a script to edit the province file, but I thought it would be easier to change the bonuses for the Qual/Quant slider or something. Not sure if these are hardcoded or in charts..

Thanks for any info,
Waffen

Ok, I'm confused..

I reinstalled EUII and found the .csv files, but after applying the EU2 1.02 patch, these files are no longer present. The game seems to run fine however.

Any idea what's going on here?

Not at all? in the db folder? If the game runs it's got to be there.

The files are not used anymore. There is no way to change the costs for armies and navies via a mod. DP settings are the only way to change costs.
