Editing POP Migration

Is it possible to go into the game files and edit the migration distance of a nationality? I'd like to change Yankee POPs to long distance, since as a short distance they aren't capable of moving even halfway across the U.S. (which makes no sense to me). Am I able to do this, and if so, how? Thanks in advance for the help.

On the VickyWiki there is a culture group list. "Yankee" is a "short-range" culture, so if you wished to change "Yankee" to a culture which can travel further distance, you'd have to swap the "Yankee" culture tag with a culture tag which is long-ranged.
