Since the search function seems to be down I thought I'd ask here. How can I edit which countries belong to major alliances? I've used the latest victohoi2 converter and since none of the major alliances exist I'd like to add them.

You need to open the .eug file for the scenario you plan to play. Near the start of the file is a globaldata section. Inside that section are allies, axis, and comintern sections. You need to add or remove country tags within the brackets where the regular alliance partner tags are listed there. It is easy.
