I would like to remove the old guard trait on Von Fritsch.
This is Werner von Fritsch line from the leaders.csv could someone retype or perhaps copy it from SMEP were I belive he is not an old guard?

I've been trying to change this by myself, but everytime I do I loose all the åäö in leader names and all leader name start with "
example:
"von Fritsch
"G?ring
No matter if copy the text or type it in the end result is the same!
How do I avoid this happening?
When I have edited the leaders.csv snd saves excel ask me if I want save the special format, it doesn't matter if I choose yes or no the leaders name still end up weird...
