No changes to the HRE-Border anymore

Wait a minute!

Can anybody confirm, that ALL changes to the HRE-border in-game have been removed, so that the provinces conquered/taken by the Netherlands, France and the Ottoman Empire don't leave the HRE anymore??

Yes, ALL changes have been removed... This was intented for mapmakers.
I made a proposal here long time ago. Read the conclusions yourself...

Has there been anything new since then?

I found that "shrinking" effect of France and Ottoman Empire very intriguing, too...It gave the HRE at least SOME atmosphere...
