Says masters_writings_philosophy_translated
Should be edict_masters_writings_philosophy
as his is the "country flag" set by the anomaly research.
the Diplomacy and writings edicts are fine with edict_masters_writings_politics/ edict_masters_writings_diplomacy correctly in both the 00_Edics.txt and anomaly_Events_5.txt files
