Both will be definitive and the benefit will be given to the most generous to the defendant if any discrepancy arises.
((to address this issue, this is not unprecedented IRL, In Canada both versions are definitive and in the rare event of a discrepancy, the criminal defendant is entitled to the benefit of the version most generous to his case. I am not sure what RL Belgium does for their laws but I believe they have two versions.))

I encourage everyone here in the Convention to vote NAY (or change your votes as such) to Loewen's proposal for the Legislature. It is useless, and will contribute nothing for Belgium in the long-term.
On the other hand, my proposal regarding the Estates-General will be a net positive for all Belgians.

Your Estates-General Proposal is a watered-down, reactionary version of my much better proposal.
I oppose your proposal if it ever sees the light of day.
I fail to see why the representative of Russia should be able to barge into our voting session and start making these unconstructive comments.

I am NOT a representative of the Russian Tsar. I have been a Councillor for the glorious Hero City Antwerp for 20 years (who happens to be half-Russian, nonetheless). But it is my belief that the proposal for the Estates-General is far superior compared to all the other proposals around, especially Loewen's mongrel idea of his legislature.
If Loewen's proposal passes, he will be personally responsible (to me, that is) for plunging Belgium into chaos and more slavery. It is my duty as the Savior of the Motherland to prevent this from happening.

-The levels of court shall be, local, regional (Flanders, Brussels, Wallonian High Court), and a Supreme Court ((I am open to better names))
-The Judges shall be choosen from those adversed in law based on their qualifications, which may be determined by relevent legislation
-Judges are not to be picked based on their political views, religion, or ethnicity
-The Supreme Court shall interpret the laws of the Belgium in regards to the constituiton
-The Supreme Court shall have the right to strike down any laws, or actions of the exectuitve branch, including the Monarch, if it voilates the consitiution
-The Military and Police of Belgium are required to uphold the rulings of the Courts of Belgium
-The Justices of the Supreme Court are to be in total 9 ((if someone can give me a better number, I shall consider it))
-The Justices are to be selected by the Prime Minister with choices approved by a simple majority vote of the Upper House
-Justices of the Supreme Court are to serve for live, althought they can retire
-Justices can not be replaced by the will of the Prime Minister

I recommend a simpler number of 3. One from Flanders, one from Walloon, and one from Brussels.
